Art Fusion

First Sunday of the month in Hemming Park and first Wednesday of the month during Downtown Art Walk

Art Fusion is a fun and informative art-making program for families led by a professional art educator. The program provides a creative and inspiring environment for children to work with their parents or adult caregivers. Enrich your creative mind through hands-on projects related to the Permanent Collection and the current Featured Exhibition.

Art Fusion takes place at MOCA on the first Wednesday of each month in conjunction with Downtown Art Walk the first Wednesday of each month.

This favorite family pastime moves to the outdoors the first Sunday of each month. Join a MOCA Jacksonville educator in Hemming Park for hands-on art-making projects inspired by the works in the Museum. Have lunch at Charlie’s Café, play a game of giant chess or checkers, listen to live music, and explore the Imagination Playground—all in Hemming Park. Then head inside MOCA Jacksonville for more fun. Children who take part in Art Fusion in Hemming Park receive free gallery admission that day. Don’t forget to take advantage of Museums on Us the first weekend of each month (free admission for Bank of America and Merrill Lynch cardholders) and Regions Sundays (free admission for Regions cardholders).

MOCA Jacksonville also takes Art Fusion out in the community for major events, such as Riverside Arts Market, Jax4Kids Annual Family Fun Day, and more.
